reasons why my updates may take long:

1...i'm a perfectionist: i read through my fics multiple times before i post them. i don't like to have grammar mistakes or plot holes in any of my works, i like to make sure the plot line make sense. and that most importantly everything is resolved in the end.

2...lack of motivation: i usually write outlines for all of my fics so it's not that i have writer's block, per se, it's more that i really just don't have the motivation or inspiration to sit down and write. and i don't like to force myself cause then i think my writing turns out shitty.

3...working on multiple fics: i tend to work on more than one fic at the same time, it stops me from getting bored with my own writing. so sometimes i'll spend a good few weeks on a fic and then move onto another one when i feel like my writing style is becoming too bland.

4...work/school: i work and go to school full time and when i do have a day off, i just wanna relax rather than sit and write :/
